便宜上全角で書きますが、
♯ ←これがシャープ。
＃ ←Shift 3 はこれ。
ちょっと違いますね。
シャープじゃない方の # ←この記号、
実に様々な呼び方がありますが
日本語では「番号記号」か「いげた」でしょうか。
英語だと、”number sign” か “hash” が一般的で
“octothorp(e)” とか “pound sign” とか “crosshatch” とか。
